Our Our Vision of smaller, prettier, worth living in villages
Today, in the Arab Emirates or in Asia very many new super satellite towns for very many residents with an infrastructure of the highest level have emerged. In our considerations, we would like to try these massive satellites, especially with a clean infrastructure.
Our vision is small communities (villages) for 100 to 500 residents in rural areas in Kenya (Africa) which are very attractive so that it reduces rural –urban migration. The villages should have a well built basic infrastructure. Canalization, water, electricity, streets, internet, jobs and a cheap but innovative home concept which is affordable, comfortable and sustainable for ordinary people.
Our villages should not only be a living infrastructure, but also can offer sustainable nearby job opportunities. We would like to work together with the residents in constructing farms for vegetables, fruits, and other agricultural products. You can find our ideas at www.agriculture.co.ke. Obviously, in such villages it also results in other job opportunities: Craftsmen, Bakers, Butchers, shops for every day products and many more.
The approach of larger investments in a community makes things a little easier for an individual and avoids unnecessary half worth multiple investments. It is better we do it once right than 50 times half heartedly.
